                  1985 All Saints Elite Mile
  The orignal race was known as the All Saints Mile and featured the best milers in the country and abroad.  The following photos show the original cast of elite athletes.

In 1985, the Lancaster Avenue Mile (then known as the All Saint's Mile) had a stellar cast.
The men's division had: Steve Scott, Frank O'Mara (IRE), Sydnee Maree,  Jim Spivey, Mike Boit (KEN), Tom Byers, Ross Donahue, Jose Abascal (ESP), Ray Flynn (IRE), Paul Donovan (IRE), Eamonn Coughlan (IRE), Chuck Aragon, and Paul Williams (CAN).

The women's division had: Lynn Williams (CAN), Ruth Wysocki, Claudette Groenendaal, Elly Van Hulst (NED), Rene Odom, and Brit McRoberts (CAN)
