Have you thought about a fitness program
but didn't know how to start?
At Fort Worth Running Company, we have a
program to help you get in shape. Our programs are
designed for all levels of fitness from beginner to
veterans. Many people are afraid to get started. We
hear all these excuses....I'm too large....I'm too
slow....I haven't done this in a long time....etc.
We've been training beginners for over
15 years now, and our coaches specialize in helping
beginners. Just putting one foot in front of the other
will get you started! We hope you'll train with us!
In October, we will start the training
for our ever popular Cowtown 2011
training program. The Cowtown is the last
weekend in February. This is a transition year for The
Cowtown with improved courses, a new location, and two
day events this year. All this information will be
available at our informational meetings in September and
October. Just let us know below.
We will start another session of our ever popular
Boot Camps in late
September. Please take a look and see if one of these
groups meets your training needs.
